Feng Shui
The actual translation of Feng Shui is wind-water and refers to a system which is used to help improve the life of an individual, family or group of people by manipulating the environment they live or work in using the attributes of certain elements and creatures to change the energy (chi) in certain ways and positions, in the environment to produce positive results.
Historically, Feng Shui was used to place tombs and palaces in an auspicious way, taking into account the placement with reference to bodies of water, points of the compass etc.
Chinese Health Balls
Also known as Baoding balls. These balls were originally made during the Myng Dynasty (960-1127AD) for use in martial arts. They are particularly good for relaxing the mind, meditation and improving strength in the hands.
Chinese I-Ching coins
These coins, often tied together to make an amulet or charm are Feng Shui enhancers and are carried or hung around the home or business to enhance wealth luck.
Chinese Zodiac
The Chinese Zodiac is based on the year you are born not the month as in western astrology and the Chinese new year is based on the lunar calendar so it can fall between the 20 and 25 of January meaning people born in January are usually the year before on the years below.
